Kansas State Senator, District 26

Phillip Journey is a native of Kansas. He has practiced law in the Wichita area for over twenty years. His practice focuses on criminal and traffic law. As an active member in his community, he has represented the 26th District, since his first term in Decemeber 15, 2003.
